CATCH MINNIE!
This one-woman show intimately explores an immigrant forced to leave her homeland to NYC and having to make new relationships, after leaving all her friends behind. It is an ode to the urgent need to belong or to stay, which is really the same. In this play we see how immigrants attempt to look different as they try to mould into another culture, and then, how their essence (identity) begins to disappear in their attempt. All these existential conflicts are the subjet matter of this play, written with tenderness, compassion, a sense of justice and above all, a spicy Caribbean sense of humor.
